First item mysteriously was lost, told I was having a replacement made, never been given a replacement tracking id, nor told it was sent out. Still haven’t received the item. This is for a customers vehicle and they’ve now been waiting weeks. I also paid for express shipping (1-3 days). It’s been 3 weeks. Not happy.
