What I received is not what I ordered and it fell apart when I took it out of the packaging

You ordered a single layer badge with us. You did not order a badge with a background layer.
The 'packaging' surrounding the text is a template so that you can apply it to your vehicle in a straight line.

Looks beautiful! Received the custom faster than I did the wolf head!
Quality was good. Much smaller than expected. Wasn't the right shade of blue I was looking for. I got them to put on my car but just too small for that. As I said good Quality product just not exactly what I was looking for.
