It’s been a week and I still never received my package

Great email communication to clarify my order, but I still have not received it.
Tracking shows it was in Canada, then it's now in Chicago. I'm in VA, and if it's taking that long to travel a short distance, I don't know if I'll ever see it before Christmas . I'd love to give a good review, but until it's in my hand, I can't.
